Bourbon Street Joe
Owned by Joe Brown
1999 AQHA Sorrel Stallion

Pedigree Information Listed Below
Bourbon Street Joe is a very nice young horse with outstanding disposition and athleticism.  I have been riding him on the ranch and plan to rope on him in the near future.

His paternal grandsire, Zan Parr Bar, was a world champion halter horse three times as well as a champion roping horse.  His AQHA show record included 245 halter points and 357 performance points.  Maternal grandsire Watch Joe Jack was also an AQHA champion with a show record of 225 halter points and 201 performance points.  "Joe" also goes back to Mr. Diamond Dued, by Blondy's
Dude, who was the sire of 1979 AQHA Super Horse Diamonds Sparkle.  The cross of Zan Parr Bar and Diamonds Sparkle was a great one that produced outstanding performance horses.  Zan Parr Bar also crossed well on Two Eyed Jack mares, resulting in many great horses such as Zan Parr Jack.

Bourbon Street Joe combines proven performance bloodlines with confirmation.  With two foal crops on the ground, "Joe" passes on disposition, a big hip, and pretty head.

Sergeants Enterprise is a son of Be Aech Enterprise (NRHA million dollar sire and NRHA hall of fame horse) and he's out of an own daughter of Mr. Gunsmoke - a mare that produced NRHA and NCHA $ earners in excess of $20,000. This stallion shines in the show pen, proving his consistency, honesty and soundness time and time again. He won the 2004 NRHA Horse & Rider Magazine Rookie of the Year title and he's continued his winning way in 2005.
JD and RaeAnn Svedberg
Hardin, MT
406/665-2987

He's won and placed in ranch horse competitions, reinings, cowhorse events and to top is off he's a superb ranch horse. After a million miles, this horse is still as sounds as the day he was started. His first foal hit the shown pen in 2005. Ridden by Karnell Phillips, Sonita Primera won the Montana Reined Cowhorse $1,000 Limited Stallion Stakes Derby class. His colts are tough mentally and physically and possess the same kind of honesty - these are consistent traits that he's passing on. Soundness issues can be decreased through genetics and this horse gives you, as a breeder, an advantage as he possesses a good hoof, adequate bone and free movement in the shoulders. He's also a GREAT OUTCROSS for the Doc Bar and Little Peppy mares. We want to earn your business and we'll treat you and your mare right. Call Sergeant Performance Horses at 406-665-2987.
